yalor my endurance was soooopeer dooper lousy also....apologies man...i get onto e field, run 2 steps then need to sub out again...pui!thou we has quite a no. of subs, sitll like not enought eh??fitness too bad la..hahah nvm--think will get better as e weeks go on...

wah!!mui was really really e heroine of teachers' day!! her winning try and e countless breaks as dummy!! wished my fitness is like her man!saved e day...but cannot become too dependent on her, i think ... gota be more useful as a taniwhas player...haha so continue training hard, melissa!
